who is mission field?
Mission Field is a team of CPG veterans, former Fortune 500 leaders, startup builders, and innovation specialists. We’ve led P&Ls, launched new brands, renovated mature portfolios, and worked inside the complexity of large organizations.

Mission Field works in all FMCG categories including health care, beauty care, household cleaning, etc. and in consumer durables. Over our history, roughly 2/3 of our work has been in food & beverage categories.
How much of mission field’s work is in the us vs. in other markets?
While we are based in the US, we work across the globe. Over our history, the majority of our work has been based in the US. We have executed projects across our entire suite of services in the US, Central America, Europe and the Middle East, as well as having run multi-market / global research projects.
what is/are mission field’s engagement/pricing model(s)?
Mission Field has multiple engagement models and we recommend one based on each client’s specific needs. We work on a project-by-project basis, we have flexible annual retainer models, and we have a longer-term incubation model for products that need more time and iteration work before scaling.
is mission field associated with any religious organization?
Our name reflects our belief that growth work is mission-driven: focused, intentional, and grounded in real human needs. While the phrase “mission field” is also used in religious contexts, Mission Field is solely a CPG innovation, insights, and strategy consultancy and is not a religious or missionary organization.
